Scroll down for English recipe

  • Taie carnea in 3-6 bucati, in functie de cat de bine facuta iti place s-o mananci.

  • Pune zaharul in tigaie si lasa sosul sa fiarba pana ce devine gros. Amesteca din cand in cand.

English version

I started to like more and more social networks. Let me tell you why. Yesterday I bought a beef tenderloin. (I have a shop where they are selling fresh and very tender beef meat). And, as usual, I didn't know what to cook. Therefore I have asked my friends for help, on facebook. And, I got this idea. It would have been better to make grilled meat, but in the pan was not bad either. Balsamic vinegar sauce was amazing. Thank you dear friends.

Ingredients for 3 servings

* 600 grams of  beef filet mignion

* 80 ml balsamic vinegar

* 80 ml red wine

* 1 teaspoon brown sugar

* 2 tablespoons olive oil

* Salt and pepper

* Steamed or boiled vegetables, for garnish
How To

* Cut meat into 3-6 pieces, depending on how well done you like to eat. The more thin piece of meat is, the better is done.

* Put the meat on absorbent towels to dry well

* Salt and pepper on both sides

* In a large skillet heat oil on high heat.

* Put the fillets and let them 1 minute per side, to get a little brown

* Pour the balsamic vinegar and wine, turn the heat medium - low and cover. Cook 4 minutes, then turn the meat. Cook four minutes.

* Remove the meat on a plate and cover it with aluminum foil.

* Put sugar in pan and let it simmer until the sauce becomes thick. Stir occasionally.

* Serve 1-2 slices of meat with vegetables and sauce formed.
